“Right after taking it out of the box I started it up and it made a REALLY loud clicking noise and it sometimes makes a high pitch squealing noise and smells like burnt electronic. Is this normal for first time startup?”

That is REALLY bad im sorry to hear that. Turn it off and leave it off. The ONLY sound you should hear would be the fans running. Please try to return it IMMEDIATELY and/or contact the CyberPowerPc support center as soon as possible. The CyberPowerPC support people are REALLY nice and helpful. I contacted them before.
