Thanks for reaching out TheMonkeyMan. As for the RAM, you should be able to use DDR3 RAM, however, the speeds may vary with the motherboard. As for the graphics card, you should be able to upgrade up to a GTX 1050Ti, GTX 1060 or RX 580, however, there is a chance you will need to upgrade the power supply unit.
