Thanks for reaching out Jorge. You can upgrade to what your motherboard is compatible with. The highest CPU you can go to would be an AMD FX-8350 as it uses the same AM3+ socket. The GPU you can go up to without bottlenecking would possible be a RX 580 or a GTX 1050Ti. However, depending on what you upgrade to, you will need to upgrade the PSU to one that has a 6-pin or 8-pin power connector.
