Probably the easiest way t pull up the files is pulling up the microsoft powershell and put in the command (Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey This should take you to the OEM. However, this may affect your warranty.

If you want to find out what is installed on your motherboard you will need to launch your pc into bios by mashing the key your OS tells you to when booting. Then you'll have to navigate the options and find your motherboards current version, and possibly release date if it has that shown. Then you can go to the Manufacturers website, with your motherboards name and model number and look up your motherboard. From there you can see if they have a more recent version, and you can see what is installed based on your current version.
