QuestionSo I just bought this PC and I would really like to know why the internet speed is so unbearably slow. It is a problem with the PC itself, not my internet, as other devices work just fine.

QuestionDo you know why my game freezes, i dont know much about computers but im learning, the GPU 80-90% while i play one game and my CPU around 40%. It only really does it with one game. The game will freeze then unfreeze.

- Answer Check your task manager and see what the issue is. It'll show you what you're running and what's throttling the computer. Also, check the Raedon software, you might be overclocking your computer. And as well only have it connected directly to the wall and not an extension cord.

QuestionI've only had it about a week, but have noticed some uncomfortably high CPU temps with the CoolerMaster cooler mine has installed. With an ambient air temp of 23C, the CPU temp averages 55C while idle and regularly exceeds 80C under load. Is this normal?

- Answer Perfectly normal, these CPU have a heat rating of about 110 c. Plus it won’t ever let itself get that hot, you will experience a safe shutdown before the heat does any damage. I would definitely adjust the fan curve as the stock one is trash, this is what I use 30c-35% 50c-50% 60c-60% 65c-70% 78c-85%. Hope this helps.

QuestionWhat motherboard will this unit be equipped with along with RAM type and speed? I have read reviews on this site stating it comes with a lesser version than what Cyberpower had created for Bestbuy. Please clarify.

- Answer I’m pretty sure it comes with 3rd gen already. However if it doesn’t then it’s just necessary to update your motherboards bios via the manufacturers website.

- Answer Probably the easiest way t pull up the files is pulling up the microsoft powershell and put in the command (Get-WmiObject -query 'select * from SoftwareLicensingService').OA3xOriginalProductKey This should take you to the OEM. However, this may affect your warranty.

QuestionI bought this PC 2 weeks ago. Now I got a message fixing disk errors /over an hour. Now my screen shows “Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device”. I am not very computer savvy. what do I do to fix this?
