QuestionHow do I get the side panel off to remove the foam? The instructions say to remove 2 screws at the back but those 2 screws dont exist and all the instructions online say there is supposed be an indent that doesnt actually exist

- Answer The “lid” of this is magnetic. There is a pull tab attached. Then, there is a screw in the center nearest the glass with a magnetic washer. Unscrew this and the glass will lift off. Instructions that came with this suck.

QuestionMy RGB lights are white. I cannot change them with Aura Sync either. I found the button on the front but it only turns them on and off not change the color. Help!

QuestionI am concerned about fan orientation in this build. It appears all fans are oriented to exhaust only, with no fans oriented for intake. Is this true? Does anyone have a comment on this?

- Answer According to Montech's description for the HS02 Pro case, "The natural chimney effect drives efficient airflow from bottom intake to top exhaust. Dual rear fans further enhance heat dissipation, ensuring consistent and reliable cooling performance." I have not personally had any trouble with the PC staying cool

QuestionI have this computer but cant seem to turn off the RGB, how do I do this?

- Answer Hold down the RGB button on the front of the case for 5 seconds. Wait for it to flash twice and then release the button. Press the button again to turn RGB back on. Note that holding it down for 3 seconds is supposed to let the motherboard/software change the colors (I have not tested this), while holding it for 5 seconds will turn the RGB completely off.

QuestionDoes this have places to mount additional 2.5" and 3.5" drives internally, and how many? If yes, how many open SATA ports are there? I have seen some Towers lately that do not have any internal storage expansion at all, other than an M.2 slot. Thank you!

- Answer There are mounting spots in the back of the case behind the motherboard for mounting two 3.5" drives or four 2.5" drives. Motherboard models can very, but my particular board is an ASUS B760M MAX Gaming WiFi which has 4 x SATA 6Gb/s and 3 x M.2 slots, with only 1 M.2 slot filled. 2 x M.2 2280 (PCIe 4.0 x4 and 1 x M.2 2280 (PCIe 3.0 x2) (bottom)

- Answer Mine appears to be a Cyberpower branded Levelplay CL240 ARGB 240mm AIO PC CPU Liquid Water Cooler. Check yours out and see if it looks similar to that model. The model of the motherboard should be printed somewhere on the board itself.
