• No not the disc. Youd have to buy the game on playstation network store. At the time of writing its been removed from the store. But on the disc version of the ps5 this absolutly can be played. But remember playstation counts the disc and digital as 2 different things. For you cannot sell the disc and just get digital without redownloading

• You would still need the disk to play. I own a ps4 version and play only on my ps5 now.
