Watch their video on how to reprogram the soundbar to use other remotes commands here: https://youtu.be/CH7n961OE6k "How to program the W Studio Micro wireless soundbar to accept commands from other remotes" I have not tried it yet because I lost my remote and you need it to do the reprogramming, trying to get another one from Definitive Technologies.
