I just posted a review for this product. I started having the same issue, actually it started with a random pop and click. the product is severely flawed. every few weeks the problems come back. I got a replacement 1 time, and several files to download and install the additional times. all to no avail, the problems just keep coming back. the last issue for me was an ear damaging high pitch sound (ears still ringing and going to an ear doc soon). working on getting a resolution but I will not be keeping this product and will never purchase from Definitive again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. I called Definitive directly to help trouble shoot this problem and after trial and error we were able to root cause the problem back to a defective subwoofer. They are sending me a replacement sub at no charge. Good luck!
