Take a pic of the unit serial number. Email the Definitive customer service and get a case number. Call them during open hours. Be patient and persistent on the call back reservation. They will transfer you to the right person and with the case number and this failure mode will send you a NEW unit. 1800 228 7148 [email protected] [email protected] You will need to create an account first at definitive website. Next question is HOW to fix the broken unit???
