• Yes, the external HDMI video port works fine with a 4K monitor and makes a great desktop combination. I would recommend the LG 27UK600-W monitor for brightness and sharp image. I also recommend the Logitech K780 Bluetooth keyboard and M720 Bluetooth mouse for additional convenience.

• Yes you can through the hdmi port. You can also buy an adapter that will plug into the usb C port and hook up a second 4K Monitor
