No. This is a CD/DVD Drive. You need a separate Floppy Drive (3.5 inch or 5.25 inch) to access your old legacy Floppy Disks. You would first transfer your picture files from your Floppy Drive to your computer. From your computer, you can then transfer your pictures to either a CD or a DVD placed inside this Drive.
