I hooked up this drive , loaded the software that came with this product. Then tried to watch a dvd and the program prompted me to cyberlink to purchase an upgraded program because the software that came with the drive doesn't support running dvds. downloaded the software ,which cost 1.5 times the cost of the drive only to watch 1 movie before the unit failed to operate properly kept seizing up and began to not ejecting the discs. this product is not worth buying . Ended up purchasing another brand's product that is working flawlessly. Definetly gets 0 stars from me.
