Yes. Those who cannot have probably been impatient and not updated the installation, which is required for the MS Store to be up to date.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Adding more information: moving from Win 11 S mode to plain Win 11 is NOT technically an upgrade; it is just a different version. Like buying a 27" TV that has an LED screen, then buying one with an LCD screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this today and while it claims 11s can be changed to 11 so you can download outside of the app store I could not get it to work following microsofts instructions. Other reviews claim the same. Looks like it will be returned
