Please try again later.Hope you solved the problem by now, but for all others: It could be a number of factors, including a faulty router or a problem with your ISP, or a faulty wireless card. Try connecting to different access point, such as your telephone, a Starbucks, etc. Also try using the Windows Troubleshooter. If none of these work, take it back to Best Buy and describe the problem.
