I couldn't comment on the USB vacuum fan part of your question. As for LoL or any other MOBA you would be able to stream in high quality 1080p while in discord with no issues. As for Overwatch you can certainly still do it but I would run all medium settings so you can still get 50-60 FPS. The cooling system on this laptop is pretty good you could stream Overwatch for 4-5 hours before it starts to even get warm.
