As far as i know it can handle just one monitor. You can cast it to another but with the same image like screen mirroring in sony tvs. Your second question about the display; it has a 1080p full HD display, and the graphic card GTX1050 can send the same resolution via HDMI to any tv that supports it. And your last question, yes. You can play any game on it, just do not expect put it on high graphics options. Some of the latest games will be very demanding; you could be able of playing all of them at the right settings.
