“Why can't I connect my bluetooth headphone to this computer? When adding bluetooth, it doesn't recognize the headlphone. However, when I use my older system which is an Asus, it does recognize my headlphone. Help please!”

We suggest you to update the drivers and firmware on the system to the latest version from the Dell's support website.
