With normal continuous use, at least 6 hours or more. Leaving it on and walking away from time to time, about 10 hours.

If you are considering buying this laptop, the only problems I have had so far are related to the keyboard layout. The "delete" key is adjacent to the power button where the "home" button should be. So, when I am using the "f2" key to edit a cell entry in Excel, I have to press Fn+F11 to get my cursor to head to the beginning of a cell. Otherwise, I have to use my mouse or hit "backspace" a bunch of times. I'm getting use to it, so it's just a personal irritation for me. I selected the Dell because it did *not* have all those number keys to the right side -- which I never use. So eliminating the numbers keys is most-likely why the "home" was moved over to the F11 spot.
