Yes, I bought an Inspiron 3910 model that came with an Optical Drive. Not all of them do, so read the Specs of each machine you are considering to make sure it's included. Dell has chosen to use the same frontpiece on their computers so it looks like they all have CD read/write drives, but most of these models do not come with them. You can buy an external CD drive for about $35 from Dell to plug into the computer, but I have limited desk space so I needed the internal drive.
