Hello! You will need to use this monitor with an external device with a processor. But it will mirror the OS system on your device. All of Dell's laptops, desktops and All-In-One will come with Windows 10.

No - this is a display only. The one I received was bad & I had to send it back (at my cost) - I’m still waiting for a refund - try to buy from a local store. Check out the product before you purchase it.
