• Yes and yes, if you have an nvidia graphics card you will need a display port cable for g sync

• Yes, it comes with the required accessories that are needed to connect this monitor. It supports Freesync and is Gsync compatible as well.

• It is both natively AMD Freesync and Nvidia G-sync compatible. It comes with a HDMI Cable (no Display port cable though).
