“Once the monitor has been installed on its base, is it possible to remove the base later (to repack the monitor for moving)?”

• Yes. However with all monitors hang on to your documentation so you can remember how to disassemble the unit. My previous monitor I actually had to find a you tube video and what would seem an easy thing to do is often more complicated.

• Yes, the base could me removed or attached when required. The instructions are available in the user manual.
