• This monitor's hardware configuration meets the requirement to be connected with an Apple iMac 24″(with an M1 chip), however, Dell hasn't tested this monitor with an Apple iMac 24″(with an M1 chip) hence compatibility is not assured.

• Don't know about connecting this monitor, but the iMac monitor has a much higher resolution than this one.
