“My office purchased this monitor, we cannot get it to find HDMI or Display Port, it says HDMI 1 & 2 , and Display Port cannot be found. We switched the cables , we bout the adapters to use so it could be used for HDMI and it still will not work?”

• May have an issue with the monitor, take it back to bestbuy. That shouldn’t happen

• Try switching the HDMI cable ends. You might also try updating the drivers and/or reaching out to Dell tech support.
