I purchased this, among other reasons, so I could also plan games on Steam. So far I have used it with Cities Skyline. Most of the time, the ability to play a game is tied to your computer and not the monitor. But there are specifications that must be met for the game to display correctly. While it is most likely this would work, you should compare the requirements. The keyboard does not interact with the monitor so that should not have any impact.
