I use this monitor for PC gaming and I noticed that the colors are a little off when using the computer for non-gaming tasks. However, in games, the colors are much more accurate. As for sound, you will have to buy speakers or a sound bar. I suggest using a wired connection for gaming. You should do some research about which sound bar is optimal for your situation. You don't need a particularly expensive sound bar, but you should try to get a good quality one for the best gaming experience.
