Dell warrants that the hardware products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty term is four years beginning on the date of invoice, as further described in the following text. Damage due to shipping the products to you is covered under this limited warranty..I also purchased the Geek Squad 4 year warranty for 19.99, and if a problem occurs, it will just be swapped out for a new one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2/23/2019: NO WARRANTY. Do not trust the other answer! Told by BestBuy customer service there is no Dell warranty on this monitor. Rep specifically said manufacturer does not allow warranty on this monitor they are selling. Product page say "Not Available" for warranty. Only option is to pay another $20 for the BestBuy Geek warranty. Still trying to cancel my order because it feels like a bait and switch. Rep, including his supervisor say they cannot cancel my order, that I have to return it. Seems crazy that a NEW product would not have any warranty, unless you spend another $20 to buy the retailers own warranty program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My monitor was damaged in shipping, while there was no visible damage when I plugged it in there were lines all along the top 1/3 of the screen. Good ol Best Buy wouldn't replace it of course but Dell did so don't listen to Best Buy customer service they don't know what they are talking about and appear to be trained to just say NO.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Currently, if you look under specs, there is nothing listed next to warranty. There is some confusion as to the warranty of this monitor. But as of now, I don't see any warranty listed, so buyer beware.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not know. The monitor has no info on warranty, nor does the Dell website.
