Technically yes. It is 2 different input ports on the monitor. I would use the HDMI for the computer that has the better graphix card. U could always hook up a thunderbolt to VGA adapter if u need to as well.

But I would think that if you do this you would need ttwo either one computer or the either to stop using the output to the monitor as it can only process one input at a time or at you could us an input switch box to manually isolate the input from computers to this monitor.
