Does this monitor rotate to be vertical? null

No, when you assemble the monitor, you will realize it is a fixed angle. As noted in the specs, I believe this angle to be 178 deg. (-2 deg from vertical). The IPS screen provides perfect viewing at any angle, regardless. I would recommend using a monitor stand if you feel you are at eye-level with the monitor and feel as though it is tilted down.
