You might have to check with Dell Support to see if they have iOS drivers, because yes, Windows and iOS are different operating systems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.is your mac resolution the exact same as the 1080P which is this monitor resolution? if you are going to use mirror, they must be the same, but you can use "extended" instead if they are not
