It comes with a DisplayPort to MiniDisplayPort cable, a USB 3.1 cable, and the power adaptor.

Depending on how far away your computer is from the monitor you may need to buy an HDMI extension. My computer sit to the right of my desk instead of inside the cabinet (like most) so I needed an extension because the cable was too short.
