• no. 1280x1024 is the highest resolution you will get at 75hz. 1440p is 60hz.

• Look at the owners manual here: https://dustinweb.azureedge.net/media/303010/ultrasharp-u2518d.pdf It lists the various resolutions and refresh rates. Looks like 1280x1024 is the highest resolution at the highest refresh rate. I think I would call this bad advertising on Best Buy's part as Dell clearly states 60hz.
