This laptop comes with integrated 16 GB memory and cannot be upgraded or replaced. However, the SSD storage couldbe upgraded up to 2 TB, through the Dell support team,. The attempt to upgrade it yourself, will void the warranty.

Explanation: If the SSD upgrade (for example) has nothing to do with other components failing, Dell is required by law to repair under warranty.
