You know it is really disturbing how Best Buy allows customers to be provided WRONG MISLEADING ANSWERS. I checked with Dell. Older XPS models could be upgraded with RAM, but, these newer models cannot be upgraded. The RAM is soldered to the board and this is really bad for Best Buy not to make sure pre-sales questions are answered correctly. Also, for someone to buy a model with quality NVIDIA graphics and not have 32GB Ram is foolish because the computer is not able to reach its potential in performance. You either buy it with 32GB Ram or don't waste your money and buy a cheaper computer with integrated graphics. I was about to buy this model and reached out to Dell to confirm this information first hand, so, I don't know how someone is claiming Dell said this could be upgraded. TRUST ME, IT CANNOT BE UPGRADED WITH RAM.
