SO I paid for Tech support from Best buy and have to contact Dell. ????

The software included with this desktop is Microsoft Office 30 Day Trial and McAfee LiveSafe 12 Month Subscription. This desktop comes with Windows 11 Home preinstalled.

Windows 11 and maybe McAfee but you'll need to pay to use that.

nothing really you still have to purchase subscriptions to everything you might want to use.
