Hello Ramone, while the AVR-X2800H will power your 802 Bowers & Wilkins speakers at lower volume levels, it is recommended you power the 802s with amplification better able to give you more freedom with where you can go with the decibel levels in your room. The AVR-X2800H can handle many 4 ohm speakers, but the 802s have large cabinets and have a lot of air to move. Subsequently, they would benefit from more sophisticated amplifition to bring out the best in them. If you seek and all-in-one AVR solution, I suggest considering our AVR-X6800H. Alternatively, you can start with something more modest - such as the AVR-X3800H, and add an optional external power amplifier to drive the 802s. You may want to consider Marantz' AMP 20 as suitable opption should you have a full surround sound set-up.
