• Depends you can hook it up to a amp but if your sound at has rca auto ports it’s as simple as plug and play. Usually with a amp it would help it drive high power speakers

• It is possible to connect the DP-300F directly to a sound bar. Connect using the Analog RCA connection to the sound bar. Be sure to activate the DP-300F phono equalizer.
