QuestionWhen I put the disc in to play I get a message that states I need to go to the Microsoft store and instead of installing this it attempts to install the Reaper of Souls version. The disc is recognized as the Eternal Collection and the graphic matches?

- Answer The disc contains the Reaper of Souls file as well as the Rise of the Necromancer pack. There is no Eternal Collection standalone listing that is a single download; it is a bundle of two items instead. In a nutshell, you're getting what you paid for but through downloading two items instead of one :)
