How do I find the settings on the DL1036? null

once it is running and you login there are drag down menus on both the upper right and left sides, just slide them fully open and lock for the gear icon for settings

Actually to get to the Android Settings you can slide down on the top left or top right corner ... once you get the drop down menu slide down a second time and you will see the gearwheel to access the Android Settings.
