“What lights are on when charge is completed? They rotate when battery first put in, go to one and then stay there. When put back in camera after hours plugged in the batter still isn't charged. Pretty sure battery placed in unit correctly.”

When battery is charging, all lights will blink green from left to right. as the battery begins to charge, one green will remain steady (when the battery reaches 25% charged). two lights will remain steady when the battery reaches 50% charged. 3 lights will remain steady when battery reaches 75% charged and then all 4 will remain steady green once the battery is 100% charged. If this does not happen, it means the battery did not charged correctly.
