Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can get DJI care refresh from DJI. I don’t have experience with Best Buy’s insurance, however. If you want to get DJI care refresh you have to upload a video proving that the drone is fully functional which you can find more information on DJI’s website.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you buy it with TotalTech you should be able too. I was not certain about it and took the risk to buy a refurb'd one. I actually did wreck it (ugh) and was able to swap it out no problem through my TotalTech subscription. They got me a new one mailed out in just a couple days
