• Mine did not. In fact, refurbished apparently means put back in the bb\ox and ship it out. My remote still had the original purchaser's user account stored, flight time information and other data. While my unit was free of damage and worked properly, there is no way it was properly tested prior to shipping it out to me. I ordered a "fly more" kit at the same time that did come with extra propellers, so it wasn't a concern to me.
