“My drone did not come with any accessories or extra props. This is what it is. It just came with controller and drone. However, it is bound to another account. What do I do?”

From what I read, and had to do with mine, a factory reset is the solution. After I did my reset, I was able to set up my account and settings for the drone and remote. Hope this helps. I got the instructions for a reset on the interwebs :)
