Yes it can. However it would be treated as used. I purchased DJI care for mine and the only extra thing I needed to do was upload a screen recording of the RC screen to make sure the drone is fully functional. You can find more info on DJI’s website. After that I was able to purchase DJI care refresh with no issues.
