Hi, Samiul I can answer this question I purchased a refurbished DJI mini 3 pro myself reading the negative comments as well but I took the chance and rolled the dice I received my package very satisfied i received my drone brand new I even had to put the propellers on myself , also it was only signed in to 1 user and that was a Best Buy user for them to test the drone to make sure it was still intact . I would definitely recommend a refurbished especially if you are on a budget like myself.
