“I have the same question as another customer asked, what assurance can you offer that this drone and others for sale at BestBuy are verified to be unbound from the previous owner? If it's not, then it is essentially a bricked unit and useless.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Theres a chance that its still bound to another account but you can always return it if thats the case. The one i got was just like new and still had the protective plastic on it i think the money you save is worth the risk
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was bound to the previous owners account but having received a flawless product, it was not much hassle to contact DJI and have them unbind it. Al you have to do is initiate a chat or call them. They will ask for the serial number and proof of purchase (your Best Buy receipt) and the next morning the drone was unbound.
