• I fly my DJI Air 2 drone mostly in central west Florida and have not encountered an issue with drone overheating. From an engineering standpoint, I think the drone design put in consideration thermal gradient management especially during flight. At a couple of times when I was playing with the fly with the drone powered up but stationery on the floor, it was warm to touch maybe after 30 minutes or so.
