INCREDIBLE IN EVERY WAY
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PRO’S 48MP photos that are incredibly sharp and vivid 4K video (that is 8,000 x 4,000 pixels!) at 60 FPS Great battery life per battery (1.5 hours of fly time when using 3) Improved hand controller for smoother gimbal rotations Great price, especially the “Fly More” Bundle CON’S There is already a new version out which can be obnoxious I have had nothing but good things to say about this drone. In fact it has led me to take it places and push it harder than any other drone to date. It’s not so expensive I won’t fly it out of sight but not cheap to where it lacks function. This drone lets you capture ravishingly sharp and detailed aerial photographs. It’s also suitably excellent for shooting 4K video at speeds up to 60 frames per second. With lots of autonomous functions and clever in-flight features take this drone's photography and video to the next level without needing to be an experienced pilot. Best wishes and hope this helps someone ~~ Nathaniel ~~

THIS THE ONE!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I love this Mavic Air 2 for so many reasons. 1. Is Price 2. Is Size 3. Is the functionality. If you’re like me and you wanted the Mavic 2 PRO but didn’t want to pay that huge price and still get a lot of the same functions the Mavic 2 Pro has this is the one for you. I’m not a professional and I just enjoy flying and using it for fun purposes. Unlike the Mavic Mini, this has a better camera than the Mavic Mini and the Mavic Air 1. The Size and Weight allows into be carried around with ease and the wind won’t take this drone. 34 Min Flight time of course is subjective on what you’re doing but I’ve flown for about 30 min. The Bag with the Fly more is in my opinion the best bag they’ve made. I’ll have unboxing video posted to my YOUTUBE CHANNEL SOON! And FOOTAGE! @craignoicecube I don’t want to make this review too long but yea It’s better than the Mini and just as good as the Mavic 2 Pro. BEST THING is the Low-Noise Propellers and the Occu Sync instead of the WiFi connection. GET IT!

Best Drone
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best drone to get into the flight world! I had a spark and a mini and this was my big boy! This is an awesome piece of tech! The flight is easy to use. Battery life is great if you’re not going 40mph the whole time. Camera quality is awesome for photo and video. 4k footage is great and the controller lasts a long time on one charge(2-3 days). This is definitely the way to go if you want this drone. Never get the drone and controller itself. Next step FPV!

Amazing drone for both pros and novices!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow this drone is incredible. Dollar for dollar I'd say it can definitely go up against the DJI Mavic Pro 2. It's small and lightweight so it tucks away nicely in it's included bag (if you get the fly more bundle), and its camera is phenomenal. I tested the obstacle avoidance by having the drone follow me while recording. I ran underneath a large overhanging oak tree as well as a lower palm tree and between two electrical lines. The drone circumnavigated my test without hesitation. I absolutely 100% recommend this drone and definitely will by another in the future.

MAVIC 2 review
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This drone is a beast in the sky. With a top speed of 44 miles per hour, it's not just for leisurely flights but can capture fast-paced action. The obstacle avoidance sensors are a lifesaver, preventing me from unintentional crashes. The battery life is decent, providing around 30 minutes of flight time, which is perfect for capturing breathtaking views without rushing. Although this drone isn’t as best as the newer drones, it does its job.

Worth it to get more battery life!
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having extra batteries is so worth it to not be worried about missing any moments and to be able to fly it a lot longer when you are out and about. The camera and functions are incredible. Very safe for first time flyers. There are newer models out, and if you can afford it, go with the built in screen to the remote. It saves so much time and is much easier and faster to get the drone up into the air.

Great medium sized drone!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great drone, fairly easy to fly, awesome technology. I suggest you watch a few videos before getting this to give you an idea of what you have to do to successfully fly this. The combo saves a bunch of money on accessories that are handy and necessary. Camera works very well on this, and since they upgraded the software you also have digital zoom. You will need to register this with the FAA.

Great Drone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have -0- drone experience and after a lot of YouTube research, I pulled the trigger on this preorder. It arrived earlier than the release date, which was awesome! With the person tracking, obstacle avoidance and warning sounds, this thing has all the protections needed for where I am flying. Getting the FAA/Drone ID and Airspace authorizations in my area (near small airports) has been easy, making this an even better experience. My 10 year old also has no issues controlling the drone, whether on the street or in a field. Actually, I'm the slow one when it comes to control. The bag that the Fly More package comes with, is a bit snug for my liking, so I picked up a hard shell case - but people have been pretty critical, as "they say" this is supposed to be a compact, unobtrusive, easy to bring with you drone - but as my first, it doesn't matter to me. Each battery is almost an hour and a half to charge when run down to nothing, but I typically run it to 15%, or when the auto-return-to-home happens. I haven't timed it, but I do get around a half an hour per battery and with 3 ... lots of time to fly. The features are great - it can do lots of cool stunts that makes it seem like you're an amazing pilot. I was using a Pixel 4XL as a dedicated phone (no phone service) to interact with it and I haven't had any issues. I've also picked up a helipad for landing / take-off, especially when the grass is higher and it's been a great addition. Finally, I used the DJI Refresh care and tied it to my account as soon as I activated the drone. I found the offering here a bit ... pricey. We've had lots of great hours with this already and I can't wait for more!

Q: QuestionDo the filters even really matter on this drone?
Asked by Crankycorey.
- A:Answer ND filters can matter on almost any camera drone, especially for video capture. The Air 2 has a fixed aperture, meaning you can only adjust shutter speed to limit how much light hits the sensor. Rule of thumb is to set your shutter speed to twice your frame rate ( 30 fps -> 1/60 shutter, 60 fps -> 1/120 shutter, etc ). On sunny days a 1/60 or 1/120 shutter is often too slow and will overexpose the capture, even if using ISO 100. Shooting video with a very fast shutter makes it look choppy and artificial. The ND filters cut down the light entering the lens, giving you more flexibility in setting your capture parameters. The filters are helpful for still photography when you are shooting REALLY bright scenes ( sunrises/sunsets ) or if you need a long exposure for a particular effect.

Asked by Osker.

Q: QuestionHow long does the battery last? Is iPhone 7 Plus compatible and will it fit in the holder? Who makes the lens? Thank you!
Asked by Bee.
- A:Answer Each battery lasts about 30 minutes depending on flight conditions. I realistically get about 28 minutes of flight- which is plenty for my use. When you get the fly more bundle, you should easily be able to get 1 hour and 30 minutes of flight time. Yes, it fits my Galaxy Note 10+ with a thick case so it should be able to fit your iPhone with no problems. I'm not sure who the manufacturer of the lense is but the camera is extremely clear and crisp.
