Due to the less than 250g weight, this drone is not required to be registered anywhere in the USA unless you are using it for commercial purposes (selling drone photos/video) which does require registering and getting an FAA Part 107 Cert. If flying for recreational use (fun, not for profit) then you don't need to register or have a Part 107 Cert.
