• Due to the less than 250g weight, this drone is not required to be registered anywhere in the USA unless you are using it for commercial purposes (selling drone photos/video) which does require registering and getting an FAA Part 107 Cert. If flying for recreational use (fun, not for profit) then you don't need to register or have a Part 107 Cert.

• Not unless you plan on using the extended battery. The normal battery keeps it under 250g so no need to register. If you use the extended battery, you will have to register the drone with the FAA.

• No, as long as its under 250 grams. I would register all of my drones for best practice. I also carry a FAA 107 certification. I learned a lot as I earned the FAA rating. Just fly within the rules. go to: https://faadronezone.faa.gov/#/

• Drones under 250 grams do not have to be registered. This drone comes in at 249 grams.
